Naše recepty z jogovo-ajurvédskych večerov

Pripravili sme pre vás recepty na jedlá, ktoré vám na našich podujatiach najviac chutili. Postupne ich budeme pridávať. Dobrú chuť.

Dhál šošovicový

Suroviny: červená šošovica, cibuľa, veľká paradajka, jablko, zemiak, limetka, kokosový tuk a kokosové mlieko. Koreniny: garam masala, kari, koriander, čierne korenie. Bylinky: koriander, petržlen.

  1. Cibuľku opražíme na kokosovom oleji, pridáme čierne korenie a semienka koriandru, nakrájanú paradajku, jablko a zemiak a podusíme, pridáme garam masala a kari.
  2. Pridáme opláchnutú šošovicu a vodu a povaríme do mäkka, na záver nalejeme do hrnca konzervu kokosového mlieka a necháme zovrieť.
  3. Posolíme, dochutíme limetkou a bylinkami. Podávame s ryžou.

Avokádovo-jogurtový dip

Suroviny: avokádo, biely jogurt (grécky), čierne korenie, soľ, bylinky (koriander, mäta, petržlen, bazalka).

Avokádo rozmixujeme s bylinkami a zmiešame s jogurtom, dochutíme soľou a korením (prípadne limetkou).

Medovo-horčicový dip

Suroviny: ½ citróna, 1 pol. lyžica medu, čierne korenie, 1 pol. lyžica horčice, olivový
olej.
Postup: všetko spolu vymiešane a zalejeme čerstvý zelený šalát.

Tofu na nekačací spôsob

Suroviny: biele tofu, ghí, tebi (lahôdkové) droždie, sojová omáčka
Postup: zmiešame 1 polievkovú lyžicu ghí, 2 čajové lyžičky tebi droždia a 2 polievkové
lyžice sójovej omáčky. Biele tofu pokrájame a necháme v zmeni marinovať, potom
popražíme tofu na ghi do oriškova. Môže sa k tomu pridať nejaká zeleninka, ja som dala
hrášok.

Palak

Suroviny: ghí, čons (čierna horčica, cumin, senovka, kurkuma, čierne korenie,
zázvor, troška čilli), špenát, čierna soľ, kokosové mlieko
Postup: urobíme si čons na ghí a poriadne ho prehrejeme, pridáme do toho rozmrazený
špenát a opražíme. Potom zalejeme kokosovým mliekom a prevaríme a dochutíme.

Cviklová rajta

Suroviny: 2 cvikly, bezlaktózový jogurt, 2 čaj. lyžičky chrenu, čierna a ružová soľ
Postup: cviklu trochu uvaríme a nastrúhame, pridáme jogurt, chren a soľ a vymiešame.
Namiesto chrenu môžeme pridať wasabi.
